Event Sign Ups- By signing up as a driver to one of our hosted events you agree to these terms and conditions. The driver information we collect is necessary for the operation of our events. We do not share or sell any personal information collected to third parties. When you sign up for one of our events you are agreeing to have your name, location, vehicle picture, and vehicle information posted to our website and social media platforms. During the event we may use your persons or vehicle in social media posts, advertisements and/or any other event media. By attending our event you authorize the use of such media for our monetary gain.
Event attendee- If you attend one of our events with a driver, or as a spectator, you agree that your person may be included in our media such as social media posts, videos and/or any other media advertisements.
